Self-written, sung, and co-produced by Lyons, “Pegasus” reintroduces a fan favorite from his early catalog, now refreshed and ready for a new chapter.
Lyons describes the single by saying: “This track is written, sung and co-produced by me and is a great song just in time for summer. It’s a mixture of 2010’s EDM/POP with the vibe of the 90’s.”
Known for music that feels both classic and forward-thinking, his ability to take timeless influences and reshape them into something personal and current. His upcoming work continues to feature this signature sound: melodic, energetic, and full of feeling. 
Tony Lyons’ artistry is as varied as his background. A Bronx native with Jamaican heritage, he wrote his first song at 14 and received classical dance training at a performing arts middle school. His journey continued through theatre studies in college before earning a degree in Business Administration. By 2017, he released his first LP, followed by multiple singles and live shows in New York and London.
Though live concerts were interrupted by the pandemic, Tony used the time to refine his craft. In December 2023, he released his debut album, “My Name is Tony,” on all streaming platforms. The re-release of “Pegasus” signals not just a return to music, but a re-ignition of a larger creative mission. With performances and more new music on the way, Tony Lyons is setting the tone for a bright, beat-driven summer.
