Tanis brings emotional resonance and global perspective to her newest track, “Kid,” an evocative piece that explores the longing to revisit the simplicity of childhood. Drawing from her unique life story—having grown up between Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean—Tanis has once again crafted music that transcends borders and speaks universally.
“Kid” is a heartfelt meditation on adulthood, vulnerability, and societal pressure. With lyricism that reflects deep self-awareness, Tanis sings: “It used to be cute when I was foolish, but no one forgives my actions now.” The song carries the listener through the internal tension between nostalgia and the present.

Initially an accident—larger teddy bears arrived on set than planned—the creative team leaned into the unexpected, making the final cut more imaginative and visually impactful. 
A secondary visualizer, crafted by director Roisino, adds another visual dimension to the track. Known for her expressive and bold aesthetic, Roisino delivers a piece that mirrors the emotional charge of the song with vibrant energy.
