RAYE receives three GRAMMY nominations, including Best New Artist and Songwriter of the Year, marking a major milestone in her career.
British singer-songwriter RAYE has landed three GRAMMY nominations for the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards, underscoring a breakthrough year in her already impressive career. Among her nominations, RAYE is up for the highly coveted Best New Artist category, where she’s set to compete with notable names like Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, and Shaboozey.
Adding to the achievement, RAYE is nominated for Songwriter of the Year, Non-Classical, an award celebrating her work with industry giants such as Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Halle, and Lucky Daye. This makes her the first artist in GRAMMY history to be recognized in both Best New Artist and Songwriter of the Year categories in the same year.

Her third nomination for Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical, comes from her contributions to Lucky Daye’s Algorithm, highlighting her broad skill set in production and engineering. This trio of nominations marks a new peak for RAYE, who also captured widespread attention earlier this year with a record six BRIT Awards, including a historic win as the first female recipient of the Songwriter of the Year award.
With a year that included standout festival appearances at Glastonbury, Coachella, and Lollapalooza, plus a performance at Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour, RAYE has established herself as a force in modern music. The 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards will air on February 2, 2025, live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
