Rising alternative artist Novulent has released the official music video for “death wish” featuring whatsaheart, a haunting track from his latest EP, BEFORE EVOLUTION. Directed by Metro Blu, who previously helmed Lil Peep and Lil Tracy’s “Witchblades,” the video captures the song’s intense emotions with striking visuals.
Blending elements of hard rock, shoegaze, and Midwest emo, “death wish” showcases Novulent’s vivid storytelling. The song narrates a toxic attraction, with Novulent painting a gripping scene in the first verse before whatsaheart counters with an alluring, hypnotic response.
Novulent is currently wrapping up his debut Evolution Tour, which has included sold-out performances in Chicago and Los Angeles. The tour will conclude with a final show at Mercury Lounge in New York City on February 1.
