Nicky Romero drops first Spanish-language single “Move It (Rapidin)” with Giacobbi and Fatboi, out now.
Dance music heavyweight Nicky Romero dives into bold new territory with “Move It (Rapidin),” his first Spanish-language track, alongside Italian producer Giacobbi and Mexican-American artist Fatboi. The single, out now via Municipal Recordings and Protocol Recordings, reimagines the iconic 90s hit “I Like to Move It” for today’s club scene.
Known for classics like “Toulouse” and “I Could Be the One” (with Avicii), Romero brings his signature high-energy style to this fresh rework, infusing it with vibrant Latin flavors and groove-laden house beats. Giacobbi, celebrated for his infectious dancefloor productions, layers in house-driven elements, giving the track an updated, festival-ready feel.
Fatboi, who has made waves in the Latin Tech House scene with hits like “Agáchalo” and “Mamaera,” delivers a dynamic bilingual vocal performance, boosting the global appeal of “Move It (Rapidin).”
“South America always had a special place in my heart: the people, the mix of nature and culture, the way they connect with the music,” Romero shares. “The support I’ve felt there over the years has been incredible, and this release feels like the start of a deeper connection.”
Bridging genres, languages, and generations, “Move It (Rapidin)” is a cross-cultural celebration designed to ignite dance floors worldwide.
