Naomi Sharon is entering a new era of artistry with the announcement of her latest EP, The Only Love We Know, set for release on May 9 via OVO Sound. Known for her atmospheric style and emotionally rich storytelling, Sharon offers a fresh perspective with this upcoming body of work.
To mark the announcement, Sharon shares the EP’s title track, “The Only Love We Know,” following the release of last month’s “Can We Do This Over.” Executive produced by Jordan Ullman of Majid Jordan, the EP presents a more grounded Naomi Sharon—one that embraces inner peace, growth, and self-empowerment.
“This EP is more about finding happiness within yourself and embracing the positive things in life,” Sharon shares. “Love still plays a role, but now there is a deeper understanding that true love comes from within.” 
Influenced by the aesthetics of Buddha-Bar’s world and electronic fusion, Sharon blends sophistication with soul. “That aesthetic and vibe have now been translated into this EP,” she says. “It carries a certain allure, a style that feels both relaxed and sophisticated.”
Born in Rotterdam, Sharon continues to draw on her Dutch and Caribbean roots, crafting a genre-bending sound that has earned her recognition, including Spotify’s R&B Rising 2024 Artists To Watch. As OVO Sound’s first female signee, she’s collaborated with top-tier talent like Noah “40” Shebib, Beau Nox, and Alex Lustig.
