UK R&B rising star kwn returns with the commanding new track “do what i say,” out now on all platforms.

East London’s fast-rising R&B star kwn (pronounced kay-wuhn) returns with the sultry new single “do what i say,” showcasing her signature blend of slick production, silky vocals, and playfully provocative lyricism.

Entirely self-produced and written in her bedroom, “do what i say” is another confident step forward for kwn. Built around a hypnotic beat and a commanding hook — “you gone do what I say” — the track sees kwn laying out her desires with clear intention. “Paint your nails the way I like them,” she sings with quiet dominance. “Say my name. Hold me down.”

“I made ‘do what i say’ once again in my bedroom,” she explains. “I wasn’t feeling very creative at the time and was just trying to see what clicked. When I made the song, it was like half the speed, but I sped it up and realized it was way better. Lyrically, it’s really just me having fun with my pen and seeing how cheeky I could get.”

Named Billboard’s “Rookie of the Month” last month, kwn continues to level up following the viral remix of her breakout hit “worst behaviour” with Kehlani. The video, which has racked up over 7 million views, ignited social media and cemented her status as a future R&B heavyweight.

Fresh from joining Kehlani on the European leg of her Crash World Tour, kwn continues to build momentum with tracks like “eyes wide open” and her recent feature on Jordan Adetunji’s “Too Many Women.” With “do what i say,” she offers yet another reason she’s one to watch.
