The path forward for Deltona begins with a clear statement. Their debut single ‘Heartbreak Fix’ lands as a modern edged cut that blends Southern storytelling with big rock muscle and bright, memorable melodies.

At its core is Georgia bred vocalist Ned Abernathy, opening up about the kind of relationship pain that keeps echoing, searching for a way through.

The musicianship forms the backbone of the release. Caleb Miller, from Ohio, stacks guitar textures, from distorted lead parts to notes that shoot skyward to a raw acoustic strum that adds warmth. Chris Deaton, representing Tennessee, lays in arena sized drumming that drives the song’s momentum. Ned finds multiple gears, with a twang that can climb, settle, or lock into a slick pocket, shaping lines that suit both late night bar confessions and hands in the air choruses at a show.

“I’ll hold up in this house, I’ll drive a thousand miles, do anything to get past this / I’ll put the bottle down, I’ll outdrink any crowd, if there’s a way out / Hell, there ain’t a stone I wouldn’t turn to put back together what’s broke / When it comes to her I don’t know if there’s a heartbreak fix.”

The trio frames the release in direct terms. “We couldn’t be more stoked to have ‘Heartbreak Fix’ out!” says Deltona. “We’ve spent the past year writing countless songs and we’re so proud of what we’ve come up with so far. Our passion is country music and we feel like the time is right for another great country band. We hope you agree, and that you love ‘Heartbreak Fix’ as much as we do!”

Songwriting partners on this track include Allison Veltz Cruz, associated with work for Jason Aldean and Dierks Bentley, with production by Jason Massey, whose credits include Nate Smith and Kelsea Ballerini. The debut arrives after months of steady online growth, nearly 14,000 TikTok followers built in about six months through posts that highlight their camaraderie and talent across heartfelt covers of modern country mainstays like Aldean, Eric Church, Luke Combs, and Morgan Wallen. Teased demos such as ‘Leave the Country’ and ‘Love Don’t Love Me’ further hint at the scope of the material they have in motion.
