GRAMMY-winning R&B artist Coco Jones reveals her debut album Why Not More?, arriving April 25, and releases new track “Taste.”
Coco Jones is taking 2025 to new heights with the announcement of her highly anticipated debut album, Why Not More?, set to release April 25 via High Standardz/Def Jam Recordings. The album will include fan-favorite singles, such as Here We Go (Uh-Oh), Most Beautiful Design, and Sweep It Up, giving listeners a taste of Coco’s signature blend of soulful R&B and modern pop influences.
To mark the announcement, Coco has dropped a new single, Taste, produced by Stargate (Beyoncé, Rihanna) and Jasper Harris (Post Malone, Jack Harlow). The track samples Britney Spears’ legendary hit “Toxic”, transforming it into a smooth, sultry R&B anthem. Directed by Ava Rikki, the accompanying music video showcases Coco’s captivating stage presence, bringing the song’s intensity and allure to life.

Coco has already built an impressive career, earning seven GRAMMY nominations, including five in 2024, and securing her first GRAMMY win for Best R&B Performance for ICU. She also received a MTV VMA nomination for MTV Push Performance of the Year. Most recently, she was nominated for two more GRAMMY Awards in 2025, including Best R&B Song for Here We Go (Uh-Oh).
