Cameron Whitcomb drops new single “Bad Apple” and shares official live performance video.
Acclaimed singer-songwriter Cameron Whitcomb shares his latest single “Bad Apple,” out now via Atlantic Records. Produced by Jack Riley (Knox, Grace VanderWaal) and co-written by Whitcomb, Riley, Nolan Sipe, and Cal Shapiro, the track sees Whitcomb delve into an alternative-leaning sound, exploring the complexity of good and bad through a timeless metaphor.
An official live performance visual accompanies the release.
“Bad Apple” follows the emotional “Options” and breakout hit “Hundred Mile High,” which earned over 1.6M first-week streams and praise from MTV, Entertainment Tonight, and ELLE, who named it among “The Best New Songs We Heard In January.”
Currently commanding over 7M monthly Spotify listeners and more than 250M worldwide streams, Whitcomb is on a high trajectory in 2025. He began the year with “Medusa (Acoustic),” an intimate take on his hit “Medusa,” featured by Billboard as a must-hear.
Following a sold-out US leg, Whitcomb continues his “Hundred Mile High Tour” with upcoming EU/UK dates at venues like Copenhagen’s Store VEGA and London’s Electric Brixton.
After the success of his debut EP Quitter — and the charting title track “Quitter” on Billboard’s Canadian Hot 100 — Whitcomb cements himself as a powerful voice in contemporary music.
