Carter Faith continues to carve her path in country music with the release of her latest single, “Bar Star,” now streaming across platforms. This release sets the stage for her long-awaited debut album, Cherry Valley, arriving October 3 via MCA.
The song delivers an upbeat yet emotionally rooted tribute to a classic barroom figure. “In simple terms, he’s the star of the bar—for better or for worse—but damnit, she loves him,” Carter shares. Blending modern polish with timeless twang, “Bar Star” reflects Faith’s ability to tell stories that are both grounded and relatable.
As a surprise bonus, Carter also unveiled a worktape titled “Billy Bob Thornton.” She says, “I wrote this song about Billy Bob Thornton because I literally love him. I’ve always thought he was so talented… I just had to write about it, and I hope people like this little glimpse into my one-track mind.” 
Faith’s upcoming record Cherry Valley reflects her personal journey, touching on love, family, and self-discovery. Developed over two years alongside producer Tofer Brown, the album reflects Carter’s steady rise in Nashville—from playing the Opry to collaborating with some of the industry’s most respected names.
