Zimmer90 unveil new tracks “Feel Myself”/“Wait For You,” previewing debut album ‘Interior’, out this September.
Zimmer90, the rising German indie-electro outfit made up of Joscha Becker and Finn Gronemeyer, release a pair of new songs, “Feel Myself” and “Wait For You,” that serve as the final window into their highly anticipated debut album Interior.
The two tracks expand on Zimmer90’s lush, introspective sound, building upon earlier releases like “Follow (I Will Never Let You Go),” “Learn To Let You Go” (featuring Balu Brigada), and “Yours & Mine.” These songs, steeped in disco and synth-pop textures, have helped define the duo’s aesthetic—gentle, melodic, and deeply emotional.
Composed during a period of stillness in rural France, the songs reflect a calm state of mind. “Feel Myself” delivers a soft, piano-forward composition layered with dreamy synths and a reverb-heavy mood, offering a meditative moment of self-care and emotional reckoning. Meanwhile, “Wait For You” brings a breezy, Balearic feel that lifts Joscha’s vocals into an almost weightless dimension.
A visual companion to “Feel Myself” deepens the experience, with slow-motion footage and contemplative imagery that echo the tone of the track. The video further emphasizes Zimmer90’s intention of creating music that slows time and invites introspection.
As Finn describes:
“This album is like an exhibition. The cover artwork features paintings by Joschaʼs grandfather. Each one holds a piece of our story, just like each song. Together, they form a kind of personal gallery.”
With Interior due in September, Zimmer90 are closing in on a debut that captures the tension and harmony between structure and spontaneity, clarity and emotion.
