AURORA steps into the world of anime with her latest single “You Can’t Run From Yourself (from Kaiju No. 8),” written exclusively for the opening theme of the hit anime’s second season. Released via Capitol Records, the track brings the artist’s unique touch to one of the season’s most anticipated returns.

The Norwegian singer-songwriter drew inspiration from the psychological journey of Kafka Hibino, the series’ main character, infusing the track with themes of inner conflict and acceptance. Her involvement goes beyond performance—she crafted the song to mirror the emotional complexity of the storyline.
