Alessi Rose shares “Everything Anything,” a witty and heartfelt preview of her new EP ‘Voyeur‘.
Alessi Rose continues to emerge as a fearless new voice in pop with her latest single, “Everything Anything.” Released via Capitol Records, this track is the third offering from her forthcoming EP Voyeur, due July 25, and finds Rose pushing her confessional style to new heights.
Produced by Couros and co-written by Rose, “Everything Anything” tells a story familiar to many — the strange disconnect when someone you were once close to becomes emotionally distant. With sharp lines like “What’s wrong with you? Oh, we used to have sex, now my calls don’t go through,” Rose uses humor and clarity to express post-breakup bewilderment.
“‘Everything Anything’ pokes fun at the utter absurdity of having someone who you once were so close and intimate with now becoming a total stranger,” Rose explains. “It’s vulnerable but also deeply ironic and feels like the stream of consciousness, confessional rant you’d share with a friend at a sleepover.”
Fresh from a “superstar-cementing” Glastonbury debut noted by Billboard, Rose’s blend of raw storytelling and melodic craft continues to turn heads. With Voyeur, she partners with producers like Sam De Jong and John Hill, crafting an alt-pop experience full of confessional energy.
“Everything Anything” sets the tone for a project that refuses to flinch from the emotional complexity of young adulthood — and makes it irresistibly catchy in the process.
