“Shalalala” marks the next chapter in Cian Ducrot’s artistic evolution, out now via Atlantic Records.

Cian Ducrot, the Irish singer-songwriter behind the #1 album Victory, launches his new era with “Shalalala,” the latest single from his forthcoming album Little Dreaming, due July 11. The single brings together gospel textures and cinematic arrangements, showcasing his growth as both a writer and producer.

Co-written by Ducrot with Anton Göransson, Isabella Sjöstrand, Bill Maybury, and Theo Hutchcraft, the track brings a message of unity and optimism in difficult times. The production, helmed by Cian and Göransson, is bolstered by an emotional vocal arrangement co-produced with Sjöstrand.

Cian explains: “This song is about hope and solidarity in times where the world feels like it needs it most. It’s about holding our friends, loved ones and strangers close and remembering we are all part of the same world, the same community, the same purpose. Love is the only answer, and beauty is there where you look for it. The probability of being born is estimated to be 1 in 400 trillion and never mind that we are all here at the same time…so let’s come together and let us sing together SHALALALA.”

Building on his legacy of emotionally honest songwriting, “Shalalala” joins “Who’s Making You Feel It” and “Little Dreaming” as part of a tracklist that evokes the soul of ’70s and ’80s icons while keeping a contemporary feel.
