Flo Milli drops “Gripper” with T-Pain, blending her signature bars with a nod to a classic anthem.
Alabama’s own rap star Flo Milli makes her triumphant return with “Gripper,” her new single featuring the legendary T-Pain, out now via RCA Records. Sampling T-Pain’s iconic hit “I’m N Luv (Wit A Stripper),” the track showcases Flo’s sharp lyricism alongside a fresh, captivating verse from T-Pain himself.
“Gripper” follows Flo’s recent track “Wet Dreams” featuring coop & G G, accompanied by a LEFF-directed visual. The release also comes on the heels of her video for “Toast,” another LEFF-directed visual from her latest album Fine Ho, Stay — the final piece of Flo’s trilogy following 2020’s Ho, Why Is You Here? and 2022’s You Still Here, Ho?
Fine Ho, Stay sees Flo expanding her sound by fusing R&B and pop influences while remaining rooted in her signature hard-hitting bars. The 14-track project features her Platinum-certified hit “Never Lose Me” and its remix featuring SZA and Cardi B. With over 2 billion global streams since her 2019 debut, Flo Milli continues to prove herself as a dynamic force in hip-hop.
2024 marked a massive year for Flo, with “Never Lose Me” reaching Platinum status, peaking at #15 on the Billboard Hot 100, and dominating TikTok with over 300M views a day at its peak. She recently performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and delivered a powerful NPR Tiny Desk concert for Black Music Month.
Flo Milli will also appear at the EmpowHER Festival on May 10th and is currently working on new music.
