Poised to make their biggest statement yet, Los Angeles-based duo Pebbles&TamTam return with their electrifying new single “Case Closed,” out now via Atlantic Records. The genre-blurring track is accompanied by an official music video that captures the chaos and exhilaration of a Y2K house party—unfiltered, sweaty, and undeniably fun.
“The song sounds like the night we never had in high school,” the duo explains. “Like the parties shown to us in films like Project X, Mean Girls, and Superbad.”
Co-produced alongside Boston & Pat (Tinashe, Artemas), Karma Kid (Shygirl, Bakar), and Jay Moon (Miley Cyrus, SG Lewis), “Case Closed” thrives on hyperkinetic energy. Glitchy synths collide with booming basslines and shape-shifting rhythms, ping-ponging between underground pop, hip-hop attitude, and club-ready euphoria.
