JT returns with “Ran Out,” her bold new single and video, following the success of her 2024 breakout mixtape City Cinderella.

JT (Quality Control Music/Motown Records) steps confidently into 2025 with “Ran Out,” her latest single and video, signaling a powerful new era for the Miami rapper. After the breakout success of City Cinderella in 2024 and its sold-out tour, JT keeps the momentum alive with a track that’s set to dominate airwaves.

Directed by INDIANA420BITCH—whose resume includes names like Kim Kardashian and Playboi Carti—the visual showcases JT rallying her crew and commanding every frame. “Ran Out” thrives on a magnetic hook and thunderous production, as JT fires off: “Bitch I’m getting money, I ain’t run out / my bitches shaking ass with their hands out.”

Premiering exclusively on NYLON, the video also features social media sensation Quenlin Blackwell, blending online virality with JT’s distinct style. The track follows her Hot 100 hit “OKAY,” continuing JT’s reputation for creating bold, unapologetic anthems.

Fresh off her cover story for the relaunch of I-D’s Unknown Issue, JT reminds audiences of her evolution: “I’m always going to be an It girl. I’ve been one before I was a rapper—all five mugshots.” Fashion remains central to JT’s world, seen recently at a private event hosted by Rick Owens and Michele Lamy, and during her joint performance with Doechii at DSquared2’s Fall/Winter 2025 show in Italy.

With City Cinderella debuting at No. 3 on Billboard’s Top Rap Albums and receiving praise from Essence and Billboard, JT’s rise is showing no signs of slowing down. “Ran Out” is a bold reintroduction—and proof the It girl isn’t done yet.
