Lady Gaga’s seventh album, MAYHEM, returns to her pop roots, blending chaos and artistry. Featuring “Disease” and “Abracadabra.”
Lady Gaga is back with MAYHEM, her highly anticipated seventh studio album, marking a return to her signature pop sound. Out now, the project reaffirms Gaga’s ability to reinvent herself while crafting music that is both deeply personal and universally electrifying.
Recorded at Shangri-La Studios in Malibu, MAYHEM was executive-produced by Gaga, Michael Polansky, and Andrew Watt, with production from Watt, Cirkut, and Gesaffelstein. The album includes hit singles “Disease,” “Abracadabra,” and “Die With a Smile.” Critics have praised MAYHEM for its innovative soundscapes, bold storytelling, and Gaga’s signature ability to blend vulnerability with high-energy production.

Leading single “Disease” was hailed by Rolling Stone for its “cavernous synth line” and “classic Gaga shout-along chorus,” while The Guardian applauded its industrial-pop fusion. “Abracadabra” quickly followed, debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Pop Songs Chart and setting a record-breaking Spotify milestone.
Beyond the album’s release, Gaga is gearing up for a series of major live events, including a stadium show in Mexico City on April 26 and a free performance at Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana Beach on May 3. She will also headline Coachella on April 11 and 18.
With MAYHEM, Gaga embraces the chaos of life and transforms it into a dynamic musical experience, proving once again why she remains a dominant force in pop music.
