Adrian Lyles releases “King of Everything,” a raw alt-pop single exploring self-reflection. Now touring with almost monday.
Breakout alt-pop artist Adrian Lyles bares his soul on his latest single, “King of Everything,” out now via Hollywood Records. Stripping back the production to let his raw vocals take center stage, the deeply introspective track delves into themes of self-reflection and internal struggles.
“‘King of Everything’ is my definition of self-reflection,” Adrian shares. “The entire song is about constantly competing with yourself in everything you do, to a level that could become unhealthy.” Written by Adrian alongside Sissy Smith and produced by Lenii, the track showcases Adrian’s ability to turn his personal insecurities into music with universal appeal.

At only 20 years old, Adrian’s songwriting exudes emotional depth far beyond his years. Lyrics like “I’m probably gonna lose my friends / Right before they hate me” encapsulate the tension between personal growth and the fear of alienation.
The single follows Adrian’s previous releases, “Somewhere To Go” and “Formalize Me,” and highlights his ability to blend pop sensibilities with indie guitar riffs and hip-hop melodies. As Sweety High recently proclaimed, “we’re calling it now—Adrian Lyles has everything it takes to be the next big thing in pop.”
Fans can catch Adrian performing “King of Everything” live as he embarks on his first-ever tour, joining almost monday on their DIVE Tour. Kicking off tonight in Salt Lake City with a sold-out show at Soundwell, the tour will span major cities, including New York and Los Angeles. Adrian is also partnering with Roland to debut their new V-STAGE 88 keyboard at NAMM, making him the first artist to tour with the groundbreaking instrument.
